Chiara Izzi is an award-winning Italian jazz vocalist and composer based in New York City. Hailed by Quincy Jones as “very, very talented” after winning first prize at the Montreux Jazz Festival Vocal Competition, she has since become one of the most sought-after voices in today’s jazz scene.
Known for blending jazz with Mediterranean and global influences, Chiara performs in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, making her performances uniquely engaging and international. She has shared the stage with top artists including Kevin Hays, Leon Parker, and Jeff Hamilton, and continues to captivate audiences across the United States and abroad.
For events, Chiara offers a versatile range of ensembles. Her signature five-piece band features piano, drums, upright bass, guitar, and vocals for a refined and full-bodied sound.
