Inside the RSVP Miami Symposium & Awards Gala: Kiral Artists’ 50-Musician Showcase
From September 16–18, 2025, RSVP — the members-only community for the global luxury wedding and party industry — hosted its annual Miami Symposium and Awards Gala at the iconic Faena Miami Beach. The three-day celebration brought together top planners, designers, and creative partners from around the world, with a vibrant welcome party, an inspiring Day Symposium inside Faena Theatre, and a spectacular grand finale: the US & Caribbean Awards Gala Dinner at the Faena Forum.
This year’s gala embraced the avant-garde theme “Smoking Mirrors,” transforming the venue with dramatic décor, immersive experiences, and boundary-pushing artistry. To match the scale and elegance of the event, Kiral Artists curated nearly 50 world-class musicians, performing across multiple stages, ensembles, and musical moments. From daytime gatherings to black-tie glamour, our artists provided the soundtrack for every chapter of this unforgettable week.
Welcome Party – “Cuban Nostalgia” at Andrés Carne de Res
The celebration began the night before the symposium with the official Welcome Party at Andrés Carne de Res in Miami Beach. Designed around the theme Cuban Nostalgia, the evening captured the soul of Miami with bold colors, retro charm, and Latin flair.
Kiral Artists brought the party to life with lively rhythms and acoustic performances that set the tone for three days of connection, celebration, and creativity.
Morning Session at Faena Theatre
The morning after the lively Cuban Welcome Party, guests gathered at the Faena Theatre for the official start of the RSVP Symposium. Before the sessions began, attendees mingled over coffee, fresh juices, and light breakfast bites, filling the venue with conversation and anticipation for the day ahead.
DJ Romi curated the perfect ambiance, blending smooth Ibiza lounge and Afro house tracks that matched the elegant, sunlit setting. Her music set a relaxed yet energizing tone as nearly 200 wedding and event professionals — planners, designers, florists, photographers, videographers, and musicians — came together to connect and share ideas before a full day of inspiring sessions inside the iconic Faena Theatre.
Lunch Break
During the lunch break, guests headed over to Pao by Paul Qui, Faena’s renowned restaurant with a beautiful ocean view. There, they enjoyed a special performance by Lidice, one of Kiral Artists’ most talented performers — an electric violinist and vocalist who beautifully blends live vocals and violin in a captivating show. Her sophisticated, modern sound brought a unique musical flair to the afternoon, perfectly matching the vibrant atmosphere of the Symposium.
Gala Dinner & Awards
Cocktail Hour: Aerial Violinist & La Sobremesa Band
As guests arrived at the Faena Forum for the Awards Gala, they were greeted by a dramatic, unforgettable moment — a live aerial violinist suspended above the main entrance, performing as they entered the building. The stunning visual, paired with elegant lighting and soaring music, set the tone for an evening that perfectly blended artistry, performance, and design.
During cocktail hour, our specially formed group La Sobremesa performed modern pop covers with a flamenco twist — combining guitars, percussion, and vocals to create a listening experience that was both elegant and unexpected. The sound was warm, rhythmic, and full of personality, offering guests a moment to mingle and unwind while soaking in the ambiance.
Gala Dinner: Pop String Orchestra & Soloists
The main event of the evening took place inside the transformed Faena Forum, where our 24-piece male Pop String Orchestra took the stage under the baton of a brilliant female conductor. This bold ensemble delivered a cinematic two-hour set of contemporary music with sweeping string arrangements and stylized pop orchestrations.
Throughout the performance, surprise soloists popped up around the room — including a dynamic electric violinist, a powerful saxophone player, and a vocalist who stunned the room with a theatrical performance of Frozen. These musical moments added movement, excitement, and emotional punch to the dinner program, making the entire experience feel immersive and alive.
After Party: All-Female Hybrid DJ Group
Once dinner concluded, the evening flowed into the after party room, where the energy kicked up again. The spotlight shifted to the Kiral Artists all-female Hybrid DJ Group, a high-energy ensemble blending live DJ beats with live instruments and vocal loops. This powerful team kept the crowd dancing late into the night with infectious remixes, percussion breaks, and non-stop momentum.
Curated with Vision
Every musical element of the 2025 Symposium and Gala was personally curated by Peter Kiral, founder of Kiral Artists, alongside his wife Arianna, who co-produced the Awards Gala with her business partner Nicole from Plan Design Events. Together, they combined musical storytelling with immersive event design — creating a seamless experience that reflected the sophistication, artistry, and innovation of today’s luxury wedding and event industry.
