With a voice often described as angelic, Boonie Bevins has been captivating audiences since her earliest performances in South Carolina. Rooted in bluegrass, jazz, swing, and country traditions, she has grown into a versatile vocalist who connects with listeners through every style she performs.
Boonie has been featured at major festivals including the Charleston Bluegrass Festival, as well as on the stage of the Charleston Music Hall in the acclaimed “Women On” and “Grass in the Hall” series. She has also performed as the lead vocalist with the Leonard School of Music Jazz Band, showcasing her ability to move seamlessly between genres.
Boonie’s reach extends outside the South as well, with performances at private events and celebrations in Wyoming and Colorado, where her band has brought the spirit of Americana to breathtaking mountain settings. The ensemble also features special guests, including her sister Lauren.
