Spring Music Photo Shoot in New York City
The last week in New York City was again very productive. Love having a busy, and exiting schedule when I am in New York; was performing at Vera Wang’s event with male quartet, had a few meetings with wedding planners and also had a three-day photo shoot with my friend Jan. Well, two days was mine. The third day I was assisting Jan with his engagement photo session. If you don’t know I love photo shoots and video shoots! Btw, I still haven’t introduced you to Jan Freire, who is a good friend of mine, and also a fashion/celebrity wedding photographer based in Miami and NYC. There is a lot to write about him, or actually to showcase his work. He shoots most of the picture you see on the website and the social media. Next time!
The weather in New York was just perfect, with flowers blooming at Central Park and Roosevelt Island. Make up for our musicians did my friend Martina Vesela, who works at her makeup studio on Upper Eastside. During the shoot I also discovered Ralph Lauren’s Coffee Shop! An excellent spot to stop by for a cup of espresso or cortado!
During the photo shoot, Sam and Jan got almost arrested while taking photos in the middle of 5th Avenue. I guess you are not supposed to do that. Hmmm, really? Jan loves taking pictures in the middle of Manhattan streets, and also in the swimming pools and lakes.
This is violinist Adrianne. She also performed at the Knot Pro event two years ago wearing a flower skirt. I wrote a blog about this event. I can’t decide which photo is better. Here you go, two pictures for you!
